If the pages have been submitted on time, but the corresponding call time needs to be changed, please contact me ASAP. We will attempt to reschedule the call according to openings in my schedule.
If Client knows they will miss a deadline due to travel, work, family, etc. responsibilities, please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule according to openings in my schedule.
Deadlines are the responsibility of the client. Deadline submissions to be made on THURSDAY only. If a submission deadline is missed, Client must wait until the following Thursday to submit. Late submissions will be slotted into my next available spot. More than 2 late submissions incurs an additional $50 fee per late submission.
If a client misses 3 deadlines without good reason (bereavement or severe illness), the package may be terminated at my discretion with no refund granted for the month of the last missed deadline.
If a client behaves in a way that continues to make me feel disrespected/uncomfortable (despite me reaching out to let them know how I feel), the package may be terminated at my discretion with no refund granted for the remainder of the month.
The client will be able to cancel their coaching agreement within the first month. When that happens, they will not be responsible for the rest of the payments. If the client decides to cancel their coaching agreement beyond the first month, they will be charged the next month’s payment as an Early Termination Fee.
Deferment Policy (When Life Gets in the Way)
Life situations happen that are out of our control. If something happens and you must put your coaching on pause for a short period of time, please let me know ASAP so we can negotiate the terms. Restart date will be at such time when Client can reassume the responsibilities and I have room in my schedule.
If deferment is for longer than three months, Client will be charged 50% of next month’s payment as an Early Termination Fee and Client must enter into a new agreement to continue coaching.
